Maple Mustard Salmon

 

1 1/2 lbs fresh salmon.

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp pepper, pinch salt

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp melted butter

 

Brush half the glaze over the salmon and let sit for 10-15 minutes, and use remainder to baste fish while it is grilling.

This delicious glaze can be used on chicken or pork as well.
